We ship the smartphone auto-walking machine to almost all countries in the world, in the past year, our machines have been shipped to USA, UK, Canada, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Netherland, Japan, Taiwan, Greece, Singapore, Sweden, United Arab Emirates, Ireland, Iceland, etc.
All item will be shipped within 3 days from HONG KONG (excluding weekends and holidays) and delivery usually takes 14-20 business days (Europe country may take 25 days), according to post office’s estimate & depends on destination.
Each smartphone design and structure is different, for Huawei, Oppo and Vivo, you might need to put the phone upside down on the machine to start counting the steps.

During the order process it will ask you to fill in the mailing address, please make sure your mailing address is correct.
